Coronavirus (COVID-19) Updates

San Francisco

The Board of Supervisors met yesterday and the Public Health Emergency Leave Ordinance (PHELO) has been tentatively extended an additional 60 days through October 15, 2020. The extension heads to Mayor London Breed’s desk for signature. The Office of Labor Standards will update their website and corresponding FAQs once the Mayor signs the extension into law.
